Mistake also found in the paper:

accuse : to say that someone has done something wrong or committed a crime

However, this 8,000sq.m palace is accused of being illegally built on forest land.

That's ok Thuhoai, it's simply a passive sentence (?)

to accuse someone of something OR

Someone (be) accused of something/ doing something.

It is strange if we say something (be ) accused of .

Hi Thuhoai, you did fine. Perhaps accusing a place is problematic. I thought this sentence could be acceptable when I saw it at first. Obviously, a place cannot do something illegal itself. I supposed that it can be a metaphor to imply human offences. For example, I can say that "my computer is terminally ill with rare cancer when it becomes slow or doesn't work in valid", (sorry I just give an example, it's a sentence of humor - But you could say that the palace was supposedly built illegally on forest grounds. Or you could say that the architects of the palace were accused of building it illegally. For active voice, you could say that some accused the builders of building the palace illegally.)

Anyway, I still presume that it's acceptable, not really ungrammatical. Honestly, I don't understand grammatical problems deeply and something like this makes me confused if some ask me for an analysis.
