Waking up early in the morning! Really good habit
Formerly, I used to stay up late at night, really late! And of course, getting up later in the next morning of the day. Usually I slept about 9 hours per day if that day i wouldn't go to school or anywhere. That was terrible at all!I, right?... I tried to sleep less...Just like, still stayed up late at night but getting up earlier. I allowed myself just 5 hours per day enough. Sometimes i did it, but almost time i failed. Moreover, When I just slept 5 hours per day, it made me feel asleep all the time.I couldn't have a good day, you know I realized...that was not a good idea, I had to kick ass and do something else more effectively. Just thinking...
These days, i'm changing my routine. Sleepping early at night and getting up earlier in the morning. About 11pm to get my bed and have to wake up at 5am or more... you know what!? I did really good... And it's working... I just sleep about 5 to 6 hours per day but i feel really good at all the time. So, you know. instead of staying up so late and waking up also late. Why don't we go to the bed early and wake up early.indeed, It both counts the same amount of time but very different results.
Maybe we all know that, but there're so many things make us easily get distracted by... like facebook, a funny movie, a game or so more... You should change it, make a good habit...keep away bad habit. You can do it! :D

Phổ thôngwhy don't you use "go to bed" instead of "get to bed"? I think it is often used more, and it seem to be simpler. :D
