Dear Omel, I can understand ur situation now, it has a little bit same wit me, at least.

Do u remember when I just came here, some ppl didn't like me, they wanted to let me have to leave this office. 

I were sad n lonely be coz no one in my team wanted to open some kind wit me. U appeared and u gave me a lot of active advices.  

  I think in some ways, they helped me can stand here wit a self-confident sight up to now. And I'm thankful to u a lot.

But I didn't choose the quiet way like u now. 

1 I showed to them see that they thought wrong about me, about my ability. 

2 I let them see my ability by a lot of actions in work day by day.

3 I learned E, skills, learned the way how to work professionally.

4 Do u remember when my line manager only appraised my job descriptions n abitily was good but not excellent 4 performance appraisal in the end of last year, I argured wit him about that around 3 hours  and I won.( maybe my salary isnt raised the same wit other ppl but i can prove wit everyone that i'm an excellent staff. And now, they appraised me wit other sight. i recognize it is better a lot.) 

Finally, everyone has a lot of different ways to solve 4 their troubles but I appraise the frank way mean u should look at the truth n let them know they'r wrong, even when u have to leave.

U have to fight not only u  but also ur family.

I believe u n ur ability.
