1./ Water under bridge
usually refers to an unpleasant experience or event that's in the past. Because it's in the past, we can't change it and it's no longer considered important in the present.
Example: They used to make arguments each other. That's water under bridge, we consider each other best friends.
2./ Burn bridges
To burn bridges is to leave a situation in such a way that you can never go back or it's to leave a relationship with one person or a group of people in such a way that you'll never be welcome again
Example: If you have plan to quit your job, don't burn bridges. Be professional and respectful when you make your announcement. Who knows? One day you may need to ask for your old job back.
3./ Across that bridge when you come to it
means to deal with a problem when it happens. You can't across a bridge until you're actually there so why worry about possible problems? deal with a problem when it actually happens
Example: Don't worry about paying tuition right now. You can across that bridge untill you come to it. Just focus on getting into a good university.
