A positive out look on life will help your to feel better and significantly reduce your stress level. therefore, your life will be healthier and longer. besides that, you can prevent from different illnesses. we will able to sleep better at night knowing that you have taken full advantages of the day and pride yourself in the idea that tomorrow will be just as succesful. All of this will encourage yout to eat healthier, too.
A modern life with car, moto, elevator make human become lazy. That is reason why people nowsaday get many more disease at least for half an hour or one hour a day. Especially, playing sports also help for your body strong , healthy and mind fresh. Otherwise, you will get an obesity, it can lead to poor health such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension,....Thus, regular exercise results in a long life.
Morefuther, a well-balanced diet is very essential not only childrens but also adults. The every day food is supporting your bodies,so it is very important for health to give for body all it needs with meal. Food has a lot of high-quality vitamins in fresh greens, and non-polluted vegetables that are useful . In addition, you shouldn't skip meal, because it results in stomachache. And, don't foget to drink water regularly.
In sum up, people can take their lives and happiness into their own hands. A positive mental attitudes, regular exercise and a well-balanced diet are best ways to mantain a good health.

Phổ thôngi altogether agree with you. so i think we all know that is really important to us, but we have to do it with mental discipline.
I'm an example :D . sometimes i am really lazy with doing exerscise regularly. Maybe i don't have a time but that is sometimes :D...I almost skip doing exercise because of a game, a film, or any things with my wife( my Laptop :D) ... that is about doing exercise!
What about a healthy meal... that is very big problems with me :D . I can cook but not so well :D. i always skip breakfast and sometimes lunch or diner :)). Somebody who can help me :( ??
And about positive attitudes. :D I'm not for sure ... maybe i am a positive man :) but sometimes i still get streessed out at my assignments .haiz.
