Creativity has been identified both as a key factor for solving the challenges caused by these changes as well as a major requirement for economic and social development. Creativity makes this world more fascinating. It creates a life full choices, new ways of looking at things and opportunities. Creativity is the ability to look at things in different ways, to find satisfaction in making or creating something and persevering with it until the end result. It is not inherited through genes but rather cultivated through conscious effort, so fostering and boosting creativity is really urgent requirement. There are many ways to enhance creativity, but thinking outside the box, daring to encounter challenge environments and  getting motivations are basic factors.

The key for boosting one's creativity is trying new things. It means you must think outside the box and change your daily path.  You can look at the same thing as everyone else but thinking something different. Some ways to change a thought process is to behave in a different manner each day. For example one can take a different way to work, have an unusual type of dinner, or read up on a topic that normally does not interest them. People are very creative in their childhood because they are still exploring the world. They have a great ability to observe, image, and  solve surrounding problems in their way. Adults can learn from children in this aspect. When adults feel that they truly understand the world they tend to be more close minded. However, when adults think that there is still many things to learn they are not only keeping open minds but trying to explore. As you try new things, you broaden your vision and are able to create ideas and thoughts. You begin to develop your creativity simply by participating in something, thus becoming stronger and more imaginative. Avoiding boredom through spontaneous actions may also help expand your creativeness. Ralph Waldo Emerson said that "Ideas must work through the brains and the arms of good and brave men, or they are no better than dreams".

Fostering  creativity requires not only thinking outside the box but also daring to encounter challenge environments because  creativity is a kind of exploration in an uncertain field.  It not only requires people to have the great power or imagination but also have encourage to break through conservative or traditional. Without competition, there will be no continuous creativity. Of course, fairness is the rule of creativity.  There are many people who recognize that some problem might exist, but they have no idea about what to do or whether it is worth considering. They accept what already is known and feel pretty good about their understanding of the nature of the world. They fear about something strange because this can lead them to dangerous things. The more different types of problems you solve, the more you are prepared to solve new ones. When we meet a difficult situation, we must use our thought to figure out the best solution. Encountering challenge environments help us train the ability to think and create a difference.

Getting motivations which can be inner or outer motivation is also an importance factor to boost creativity. No one wan to be creative when their creative thinking was considered as strange and unappreciated. Inner motivations include confidence and passion. Without a personal belief in their ability to be creative, they will not be creative. Two key ingredients seem essential for creativity to occur. The firs is confidence : you believe that you can solve your problem. The second is passion: you believe that trying to solve this problem is one of the most important things you are doing in your life. No one learned to play a musical instrument by reading a book or attending a lecture on how to play a musical instrument. The learning involves practice and hard work. Outer motivations can be a reward, money, even just a praise. Creativity needs a certain kind of energy and focus to surface. We can help enhance creativity through these motivations depending on concrete object. For example, we can encourage students' creativity through score good marks, small reward or a praise. Whether or not you are seeking to enhance creativity, we should not ignore any new thinking because if you do that, you can destroy a great thing.

Stepping into the twenty-first century, we will meet challenges of many aspects such as economy, politics and society. Therefore, recognizing the importance of creativity and finding more ways to boost creativity are really necessary. Creativity can help us realize and overcome challenges with intelligent and creative thoughts. According to UNESCO, "the encouragement of creativity from an early age is one of the best guarantees of growth in a healthy environment of self-esteem and mutual respect—critical ingredients for building a culture of peace."
