Temper control
It is too late to say sorry to who is injured by you.
There once was a little boy who always had bad temper. His father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the fence.
The first day, the boy had driven 35 nails into the fence. A few week passed by and he learnt the way how to control his temper. The number of nails hammered daily and gradually dwindled down. He found it easier to control his temper than to drive the nails into the fence. Finally the day came when the boy did not lose his temper at all. He happily told his father about it and then thefather suggested him pulling out one nail for each day when he was able to control his temper.
The days came and went and the boy finally are able to tell his father that all the nails were gone. The father took him by his hand to the field. He said, "well done, my son. But look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never become it was before with no holes. When you say something in anger, it will leave a scar like this one."
You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. It won't matter how many times you say I'm sorry, the wound is still there.
