1. 0 = zero
in counting: 0, 1, 2, 3 => zero, one, two, three...
in decimals: 0.006 => (zero) point zero zero six
in percentages: 0.03% => (zero) point zero three percent
in tempretures: water freezes at 0ºC => zero degrees Celsius
-10°C => 10 degrees below zero
in phone numbers: (205) 555-8013 => two zero five, five five five, eight zero one three (less commonly than "oh")
More examples:
3.04 + 2.02 = 5.06
=> Three point zero four plus two point zero two makes five point zero six.
There is a 0% chance of rain.
=> There is a zero percent chance of rain.
The temperature is -20ºC.
=> The temperature is twenty degrees below zero.

2. 0 = oh /ou/ (the letter name):
after a decimal point 9.02 => Nine point oh two
in bus or room numbers Room 101 =>Room one oh one

in years 1906 => Nineteen oh six
in time: 5:06 => five oh six
(*Not: six past five => in North American English, it's not common to use "past" when saying the time; sometimes people use "after" => six after five)
in address: 102 Davis St. => one oh two Davis Street
in money: $10.05 => "ten dollars and five cents", or "ten oh five"
in years: 1006 => ten oh six; 1908 => nineteen oh eight
(area code) phone number: (205) 555-8013 (commonly)
=> two oh five, five five five, eight oh one three
* In the U.S., 1 is also added if the number is long distance (in a different city, state, or country.
If I'm in Arizona, for example, and I want to call 503-477-2572 in Oregon, I dial 1 first. If I'm telling someone that number, I'll say one, five - oh - three, four - seven - seven, two - five - seven - two.)

3. 0 = nought
before a decimal point 0.06 => Nought point oh six.

4. 0 = nil
in team sports: Chelsea 2 Manchester United 0. (2-0)

5. 0 = love (in tennis): the state of having no points = điểm 0
The score now stands at 40–0
=> The score now stands at forty love.
