READING NUMBERS
I. READING DECIMALS (Đọc số THẬP PHÂN)
Read decimals aloud in English by pronouncing the decimal point as "point", then read each digit individually.
Đọc số thập phân: đọc hoặc không đọc "zero" trước dấu chấm số thập phân, sau đó đọc "point" (dấu chấm) rồi đọc từng con số tiếp theo.

II. READING FRACTIONS (Đọc PHÂN SỐ)
Read fractions using the cardinal number for the numerator and the ordinal number for the denominator, making the ordinal number plural if the numerator is larger than 1. This applies to all numbers except for the number 2, which is read "half" when it is the denominator, and "halves" if there is more than one.
Dùng số đếm đối với tử số và số thứ tự đối với mẫu số (1/3).
Nếu tử số lớn hơn 1 thì mẫu số phải ở hình thức số nhiều (3/4), trừ số 2 ở mẫu số được đọc là "half" khi tử số là 1 (1/2) và 2 ở mẫu số được đọc là "halves" khi tử số là 3 hoặc lớn hơn 3 (3/2).
