I had already edited something in your bussiness trip (BT) plan ( Mark in red). As about samples, I removed AXZ 12 (Goods code) and added names of some products which i want you introduce it to the middle market. The price of USB AXZ 34 (for the middle market) is 8$. The bussiness trips are a time for customer seeing our new products directly which you think potential and will focus it later. If customer like it, sell or move it in deposit.
I dont satisfied about your bussiness plan in this time because it is a little superficial.
As about target :"Finding new customer, especially the dealers that is potential for Pro AXZ product line". In your dealers list currently, you must filter the dealers who can sell AXZ. If no one are not suitable for AXZ, you need spending more time for study. Remember, choose the target customers list clearly then do you bussiness trip.
Not only visit customers but also included others porpose in every BT. You had make you bussiness plan carefully before did your bussiness trip to get expected target. After coming back from BT, you have to collect information again and following up expected targets. What above i had said by your first BT in KTC.
