I like this topic. The traffic in HCM is the same as The traffic in HN. In the rush hour the roads are crowded and take place many accidents

-  I think every one must enhance their sense when they join the traffic such as obeying the traffic law, always wear the helmet... so on 

- The local Goverment should encourage people to go by public transportation to avoid traffic jam. in addition they must improve the quality of  public tranportation

- need to improve quality of  the traffic structure

- broaden the roads and  built many new traffic structures such as crossing bridge, subway. I think it takes our long time to built subway. 

-In  conclusion the best solution to improve traffic is enhancing sense of people.
