How do you learn Engish?

I, you and all who effort to improve our own english skills day by day

I, you and all who effort to improve our own English skills day by day, despite of having know the importance of english but you can't have the most methods for your study. To be frank, we quickly want to use english influently but we don't find the way how to learn it. Have you ever thought this thing? Have you ever wondered that why my english is too bad although I have been learning for long time? Do you have in this case? Please give me some reasons. Waiting for your opinion!

Yes, me too. And I am joining in this web with a hope to gon on right way. I am seeking a partner who will study with me together about 3 hours a day. Are you that person? :)

My English is too bab, although I have been enjoyed a lot of English studing course. I usually wonder that why everyone can speak English very good and I am not. Maybe I haven't been learnt English hardly or I cann't have the methods for my study. All of it, I have not it. So I miss a lot of oppotunity for my work.

Today,I will try my better to improve my English skill.
