This issue is very hard option for me. I also had to oppotise with this problem. And I had choosen the former job. Personally,, I have individual reasons to choose it but I believe that my attitude can be changed, that depends on lots of conditions. Following, I will show reasons what makes me choosen high paying job with long hours.

From the one side,a high salary is the same mean that you have to pay more force and more time on that work. If you are a young person, I think it is the age that you have lots of ambition and motivation to work and to get high position in your company. The challenges is not very serious problem for you. Young people who has prarents they can understand that you are trying very much in work, it is the means that you have supportion from them that is very great. Another thing that the working environment can make you mature quickly, you have chance to attend real situation and that is also the opportunity for you when you can learn from workmate pratical experience what is very helpful for you in the future.personally, now I am also a young person, when I finish my work and come back my home, I also have not lots of useful thing to do. I offen watch tivi, listen to music and go out to meet friends, and go to bed very soon. It is the other reason that I choose a high – salary job which can give me money, experience and make me more independent.

From the other side, low – paying with short hours working in company can bring many benefit for you. You will have time for others things beside your job. You can go to home and spend more time with your family, that is always sprecious time in our live. You have more time for your ambition such as play football, concern about your family, especilly if you are a woman and you have children, that is the best sprecious time for you to care your family. I think it is the best thing in a women life. But for me, I am not in that situation so that I have other choice, for me, now I need to developt my career that is also my ambition at the moment, and I can accecpt lost lots of things to do that, because I know that when I have a success in my work and get high salary now, I can ensure the living of my family in future. And the success in life is also make me spend more time to get it.

To sum up, I strong believe that each person will have saparate choice, it is depend on the circustance and abilites of them.
