Introduction
I am working for VQPP. It is pleasure to introduce about my presentation for our company:
I am an expert of Civil Department belong to VQPP, it is abbreviation for Vung Ang- Quang Trach Thermal Power Plant Project Management Board; Our main function is the project management. We are managing four projects, it is Vung Ang 1; Quang Trach 1; 500 kV switch yard; Accommodation of Vung Ang 1.
Our job is to control/ manage the quality, progress, budget, and safety, environment of construction and goods, equipment...to chose contractor, vendor and co-operate with the Contractors, Vendors, Consultant...
We have no costumer, just sign contract with the contractors, vendors.
Our office is based in Vung Ang Economical Zone, in Ky Phong hamlet, Ky Loi Wards, Ky Anh Disctricts, Ha Tinh Province; we have 31 people most of them are young engineers, experts and 2 people of ours are women.
General strength is Management, QA/QC, review design and inspection.
Our main task is co-operate with the Contractors to construct two thermal power plants. When finish the project will supply a large number of power melt into national power grid. The important things are quality and progress of project, if the project will soon be put into effect a month it will be profited millions USD for National. Therefore, we are working with great passion any time of the day or night and we believe the project will be finished on schedule time with high quality.
