The mainly market we are have been exporting to is USA with the higher proportion. In 2012, 73% turnover had been exported to this market. After the United States are Bangladesh, Australia, Taiwan...in market consumption Vietnam export turnover of 7%. I see which is the hight turnover in the USA market. So I think we need investments to focus more, sustain customer to exploit the competitive advantages stand out in this market.

F Manufacturing process:
Materials were selected rolls, carefully check the specifications before moving into parts cut tape, after we put Scroll materials into the machineand Split tape sorted into storage. Then transferred to line pipe mill for leveling, welding for it so long. The next step we were forming and welding again ultrasonic or eddy current test seam annealing, Cooling pipe welding by air and water. Cuting size we want, lattening test ( create shape, straightening, intermediate grate). After we facing and chamfering and check again with ultrasonic or eddy current test, already weighing & length measuring, visual and dementional inpection. The last steps we create Threading, galvanizing, mill coating with vanish.
