1. "To + objective pronoun" = used to show what sb's opinion or feeling about sth is.
- To me, salary is not always the primary motivator.
Theo tôi (Riêng cá nhân tôi nhận thấy), lương bổng không phải lúc nào cũng là động cơ chính yếu.
=> Ý kiến/quan điểm cá nhân.
2. "For + objective pronoun" = used to say how difficult, necessary, pleasant, etc... sth is that sb might do or has done.

Đối với tôi, lương bổng không phải lúc nào cũng là động cơ chính yếu.
=> Lương bổng không cần thiết hay không ảnh hưởng đến người nói.
