Dear Ms. Trang,

 

 

Today, I am writing to you to introduce myself and give you few words about my own background. My full name is Huỳnh Bá Học. I was born in 1991, in Binh Dinh where I spent all my childhood there. I am currently a college student studying far away from my hometown. My hometown is a nice place in the North part of Binh Dinh province. It takes about 6 hours to get to Nha Trang by train. It is a place, where the landscape is beautiful and everybody there is very friendly.

 

It has been nearly two years since I moved here to study at Nha Trang College of Tourism and Art Culture. It is a short time to discover this city but it's enough time for me to say that I've made a good decision to come here for my brighter future. And I think that Nha Trang is an interesting city. It is a clean and beautiful beach with blue water.

 

And now I'd like to talk to you a little about my study. I'm in my third year of college. I'm studying Office Management at Nha Trang College of Tourism and Art Culture and I'm going to graduate next year.

 

Studying isn't easy as you think it is. I have to go to class six days a week, from Monday to Saturday. At college, I learn about lots of different things. Besides that, I have to take some courses outside class to get the necessary certificates. Otherwise, I often participated in many activities at college, too. Sometimes I feel stressful but I'll try my best to get the best results.

 

Actually, I am not very sporty. After school, I usually stay at home to review the lessons that I have learned at school and never play games. In my free time, I like reading, singing, swimming, learning English, chatting with friends..... Working too much makes me have no time for my own personal things.

 

Student life isn't easy, it isn't all about studying. On the other hand, I'm finally independent; I have to make my own decisions. As I am a student studying far away from my hometown, so I rented an apartment near campus and I pay for it every month. I used to living alone because I'm not a very social person. Therefore, every day I have to do all the housework without any help from the others.

 

After spending about 2 months attending our class, I found it is an interesting class. Students are so clever; our teachers are very enthusiastic, talented and very willing to help us learn English. I think I learned more things that I have ever experienced. It's my pleasure for me to study here.

 

Finally, I want to give my special thanks to you, Ms. Trang.  You helped me a lot in my studies without your self-interest.  You always encourage me whenever I felt bored and correct me when I made mistakes.
