The bar chart provides information about the rate of the world's oil resourses take played in diffenrent areas as depicted by the red bar, the green bar shows the proportations consumed annually in the same areas.

I will devided this chart into 2 parts,the former gives information about the world's oil resourses, and latter describes the percentages in consumption of fuel.

It is clear that by far the biggest proportion of resource in the world, middle east is the most important of area with 56.52 per cent. The next rate belong to canada and central and sound america are 14.84 per cent and 6.58 percent, respectively. Especially, we see amount of oil appearances at eastern europe as much as afica around 6.5 per cent. While the total of oil of rest countries is only about 7 per cent.

As far as the bar chart is concerned, the areas which is the highest in consumption of fuel are asia (26,21%) , united states (25,48%) and western states is 19,24 per cent. And it is quite amazing that middle east, central and sound america, and estern europe which used the oil quite equal anoud 6.5 per cent. And the remain porportion is belong others countries.

In conclusion, the bar chart show that the middle east is the area where is exporting oil to the asia, united states and western where its sources can not satisfy consumption- force.
