One of things which people have just come in VN when they are trying to get used to culture here is learning about lunar new year.I arrived in VN on September of 2010 and immedialy hear a lot of people to talk about lunar new year although there are still more five months which the importance ceremony is comming . My united states also have many ceremonys but there is no ceremony similar VN's the lunar new year.

Finding about Tet's Holiday ( or Lunar New Year ) is one of first things which new comers come to Vietnam should do, when they are trying to adapt to culture here. I came to Vietnam in 9/2010 &  was heard about Tet's Holiday by many people immediately, although it was still 5 months to begin this important holiday. My country, America also has a lot of holiday but nevertheless there isn't a holiday which is similar to Tet's Holiday in Vietnam.

Lunar New Year is one of the first things that visiters who try to conform themselves to Vietnam'culture should do.

I arrived in Viet Nam in the september of 2010, in spite of the fact that there were 5 months to this important occasion, I heard the Lunar New Year. In my country (America), there are many especial holidays but nothing is the same as Vietnamese Lunar New Year.

With the people who come to Vietnam for the first time, one of first thing they'd better adapt themselves to this cultural
is study about lunar calendar. I came Vietnam on Sep, 2010 and hearing about lunar calendar from some people although 5 months next to that important festival. My American has some festival days but nothing like it.

One of the first things that people who have just come to Viet Nam the first time should do when they are trying to be familiar with the culture here is learning about the Lunar New Year. As soon as I have come to Viet Nam in September 2010, I heard a great deal of people talk about the Lunar New Year though it is until five months that the Lunar New Year comes.My hometown- America has holidays but no holiday is the same as Viet Nam's Tet.

After right, I have been hearing a lot about the Lunar New Year, athough it is 5 months before this important holiday. My America has also many holidays, but there are no holidays which similar to this festival of VietNam

Tết Nguyên Đán là một trong những điều đầu tiên mà một người nước ngoài muốn thử thích nghi với văn hóa VN nên biết. Tôi đã đến  VN từ hồi tháng 9 năm 2012. Ngay sau đó, tôi đã nghe người ta nói rất nhiều về Tết Nguyên Đán mặc dù thời điểm đó còn cách ngày lễ quan trọng này những năm tháng. Mặc dù ở Mỹ, chúng tôi cũng có nhiều ngày lễ nhưng không có ngày lễ nào giống như Tết Nguyên Đán của VN.

One of the first things newcomers to Vietnam who are trying to adapte to the Vietnamese culture should do is to learn about Lunar New Year, called Tet. I came to Vietnam in September 2010, five months before Lunar New Year, yet I have already heard many people talking about Tet. We also have several holidays in America but there is any occasion similar to Vietnamese Tet.

I was in Viet Nam in 9/ 2011 and immediately heard a lot of things about "TET" from native people event though it was five months to be to the important festival. My American homeland also have quite lots of festivals but there is not any festivals the same as the VIETNAM' festival.

Một trong những điều đầu tiên những người mới đến Việt Nam nên làm khi họ đang cố gắng thích nghi với nền văn hóa nơi đây là tìm hiểu về Tết âm lịch. Tôi đến Việt Nam vào tháng 9 năm 2010 và ngay lập tức được nghe nhiều người nói về Tết âm lịch dù còn đến 5 tháng nữa mới đến dịp lễ quan trọng này. One of the first things most newcomers to this country learn about as they adjust to Vietnamese culture is the importance of Tet, or the Lunar New Year. When I moved here in September of 2010 I was quickly filled in on the holiday, even though it was still five months away. While the U.S., where I'm from, has its fair share of holidays, there is no equivalent to Tet.
